We are working hard to expand to offer you all the best quality and selection. Good things take a bit of time, but rest assured we are working on all of your requests. Here are the most common emailed questions:
Q: Will more flavored coffee be offered?
A: YES! We are working on upgrading our packaging one by one so as soon as we finalize new branding and bags, we will begin the roll out of your favorites! We will be slowly reintegrating the following:
French Vanilla, Caramel, Toffeenut, Vanilla Creme Brulee, Highlanger Grogg and Southern Pecan
French Vanilla and Caramel will be available in November 2025 with others following
Q: Is all of your coffee organic and fair trade?
A: All of our coffee is certified Fair Trade - a value that’s deeply important to us as it ensures ethical treatment and fair compensation for the farmers who grow our beans. We source only organic coffee beans; however, please note that our flavored coffees contain a blend of natural and artificial ingredients to flavor the organic beans. Our Hazelnut variety is an exception, crafted exclusively with organic flavoring
Q: Will you be getting more whole bean options?
A: YES! We are working to have whole bean options available for all of our unflavored roasts by February and then slowly integrating whole bean into our inventory for flavored coffee too as we expand.
Q: What about K-Cups/Single Serve?
A: Right now, we will be focusing on bags of our quality coffee. It is possible someday we may offer K-Sups/Single Serve, but that would be down the road
Q: Do you offer a subscription/auto ship option?
A: We will be starting an autoship/subscription option beginning in 2026 when we introduce the rest of our collection. Because we are working on a relaunch, we are navigating the demand right now before we offer auto-ship options, but it IS on its way soon!
